The SOAC Mini is the latest version of the Swift Ocular Adjustment Cup
Unlike previous SOACs that you install by simply pushing the cup over the lens housing, The SOAC Mini threads inside the housing of devices utilizing Carson industries optical housings.
-The entire ring around the device rotates allowing easier and more consistent adjustment than previous units.
-The Sacrificial Lens threads into the front of the device allowing you to easily swap lenses when they become scratched or damaged.
-Want more or less resistance in your adjustment? Simply remove the sacrificial lens housing and and pull the textured adjustment ring off. Remove the lubricant on the housing and ring with a paper towel then replace it with whatever lubricant you would like. *Most gun oils work well for easier adjustment.
***FYI: If you put the adjustment ring on upside down you won’t be able to fully tighten the sacrificial lens housing. Just disassemble it again, flip the adjustment ring, and reassemble it.

Not a better option out there for the price. This fits absolutely perfectly, adjusters are smooth, glass is crystal clear, order process and shipping was rapid. Nothing but good things to say. This is my second set from them.
Product works perfectly with the PVS14. Way better than the scope cap modification I was running before. I highly recommend this product to anyone.

This iris surprised me in actual use by making things clearer and readable up close, additionally it threads well with my nighthawk and still allows for the night cap from OHC to be used to protect from light exposure!
The build quality is excellent and the operation is smooth.
